The employer is also important because some pharmacies pay more than others. Retail Drugstore and Pharmacy chains pay at an hourly rate of $7.97 – $14.45. Hospitals and Pharmaceuticals pay salaries of $9.59 – $20.48 per hour and $7.75 – $14.87 per hour, respectively. The highest paying employer is CVS , with a range between $7.98 – $12.43 per hour. Rite Aid Pharmacy pays $7.58 – $14.86 per hour.
